Uses
The Tokarev TT-33 was used at one time or another by most Communist nations, until it was replaced by the Makarov PM in the early 1950's. Nevertheless, it is still used in the Chinese and North Korean armed forces today. It is also gaining popularity among Western gun collectors because of its ruggedness, reliability, and ready availability of cheap ammunition.
