===Republican Guards of Iraq===
In the Israeli Commando/Navy SEALs episode, the Navy SEALs ambushed an Iraqi camp and rescued a tortured ally. They are the soldiers of the former dictator [[Saddam Hussein]]. The Special Republican Guard numbered 5,000 while the Republican Guard numbered 40,000. There were many varieties of special forces in the Iraq army, but the Republican Guards were considered the elite forces. One of the theories as to why Saddam lost the Iraq-Iran War was because Saddam had too much faith in his soldiers and was so overconfident that his leadership and strategies were too relaxed. He would blame the generals of any loss, executing any who retreated or routed without his order.
