The Mini Uzi is scaled down version of the Uzi, an Israeli-made open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine gun. It was the Mid-Range Weapon of the Medellin Cartel. It was also used in various police and paramilitary forces such as the SWAT, IRA, CIA, FBI use them frequently.
