The Lancea is a throwing and thrusting spear. It was the Mid-Range weapon of the
Celt.
Description
The Lancea is a 9-foot ash pole mounted with a 14-inch spearhead. The spearhead was often twisted or serrated so as to cause more trauma when it entered the body.
