Hybrid Warfare is a tactic used by George Washington.
Description[]
This tactic involved combining the uses of conventional armies and militias. This involved using the miltias launching hit-and-run attacks on the enemy to weaken and exhaust them, then use the conventional army to fight at battles and sieges.
Example[]
George Washington used this tactic at the Siege of Yorktown where his state militias launched the unconventional part: attacking supply lines, launching ambushes on the British. Then, after the French fleet cut off chances for reinforcement, Washington used the Continental Army to launch a siege until the British surrendered.
