Bows

A bow is a projectile weapon consisting of flexible limbs with a string that fire arrows by means of their elasticity. Bows are generally classified as simple (in which the bow is made from a single material), compound (in which the bow is made multiple pieces of the same material), or composite (in which the bow is made of multiple materials). A bow mounted across a stock is known as a crossbow.
